Fujisan Simomiya Omuro Sengen Jinja

 

This Jinja(Shinto shrine) is known for its Goddess KonohanaSakuya-Hime, who is the goddess of Mt.Fuji and Sakura Trees

It is said that this Jinja was built on the tip of the Kenmarubi-lave flow from Mt. Fuji by Sakanoue-no-tamuramaro shogun in 807C.E.
